1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating an account, or using the services provided by LSAT Perfection LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us")—including our online platform, drillsets, and tutoring services—you ("Student," "User," or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.

2. Description of Services

LSAT Perfection LLC provides a comprehensive LSAT preparation suite, including:

  • Online subscription access to proprietary "Drillsets" and analytics
  • One-on-one LSAT tutoring sessions
  • Question bank access and performance assessment
  • Educational resources and materials

3. Eligibility & User Obligations

3.1 Competitor Exclusion

You warrant that you are not an agent, employee, or contractor of any other test preparation company. You are accessing the site solely for the purpose of your own personal preparation for the LSAT or law school entry.

3.2 Account Security (Strict No-Sharing Policy)

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your subscription is for your individual use only. If our system detects multiple concurrent logins or suspicious activity indicating shared access, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without notice or refund.

4. Platform Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Automatic Renewal

Your platform subscription begins immediately upon payment. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your platform subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

5. Tutoring Specific Terms

For students engaging in one-on-one tutoring:

  • Rates: Single session: $75/hr | 10-hour package: $650.
  • Expiration: Packages expire one year from purchase date.
  • Student Cancellations: 24+ hours notice: Free rescheduling. Less than 12 hours notice or No-show: Full session fee charged.

6. Refund Policy (Strict No Refunds)

Platform Subscriptions: All payments for platform access are final. We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions or partially used billing periods.

LawHub Advantage Fees: If your plan includes LawHub Advantage access, you acknowledge this is a third-party fee required by LSAC. This fee is never refundable by LSAT Perfection LLC under any circumstances.

Tutoring Packages: Unused tutoring package hours are non-refundable.

7. LSAC Compliance & LawHub

All actual LSAT® content is used with permission of the Law School Admission Council, Inc. (LSAC). Access to this content may require a LawHub Advantage subscription. LSAT Perfection LLC is not responsible for changes to LSAC policies or LawHub service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Uses

8.1 AI Training & Scraping Ban

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using any materials, explanations, or data from the Site to train, fine-tune, or inform any Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning models.
  • Using robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access or copy data from the Site.
  • Reverse engineering the "Drillset" algorithms or software.

9. User Generated Content

If you post content to the Site (such as forum posts, explanations, or questions), you grant LSAT Perfection LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content for any purpose.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific LSAT score improvements or admission to any law school. You use our materials and services at your own risk.

10.2 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSAT Perfection LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to the Company during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
